30 Day Return Policy
This return policy applies to the customers who made direct purchase
from MicroscopePen.com only. Prior to returning your order, please
e-mail or fax your request with a brief explanation to MicroscopePen.com
to receive a Return Authorization Number (RA#) good for 30 days
from the date of invoice. We will not honor requests for returns
or refunds after 30 days.
To begin the process of exchange or refund, MicroscopePen.com must
receive your returned item and accessories in original product packaging,
with a copy of the invoice no later than 10 days from the date RA#
was issued.
The RA# should be visible on outside of your returned shipping package.
We cannot accept returned packages without RA#. You are responsible
for the cost of shipping the product back to MicroscopePen.com.
The returned order will be credited less shipping & handling
and 15% restocking fee. Special Order and/or Bulk Order items as
diagnosed defective will be repaired or replaced ONLY.
Returned or refused delivery items which are shipped back to MicroscopePen.com
without the RA#, may be re-shipped to you, and you are responsible
for the re-ship cost.
